These were the woman that helped us get checked in and the valet who parked our car. We encountered these two again during our stay and were greeted very warmly, these two are great ambassadors for both Hilton and the city of Charlotte.

We loved that the living room and bedroom are separated by a door that could be completely closed. Helped us a lot with the jetlag as awake family members could be in the living room and sleeping family members in the bedroom. Great restaurants in walking distance and a wonderful paved trail for a nice walk next to trees, flowers and beautiful creeks.
